We DO NOT take any deposits on unborn kittens.  If you
re interested in one of our babies please fill out an application. You can simply just send us an email to mydesignersphynx with all your responses to the questions. PLEASE be as detailed as possible! We want the best homes for each and every kitten!
: 1차이메일문의
Once kittens are 3 weeks old we start accepting deposits. We will send you photos of the available kittens. We do not allow visitors to our home to view the kittens at this age. Unfortunately before their first vaccines at 8 weeks old their little immune systems are not developed yet and still very sensitive. Any of us can carry viruses in the nursery on our clothing, shoes, hands etc. Kittens are VERY socialized here with us. They are raised with dogs, children, and plenty of other kitties! You are welcome to visit your kitten after he/she is vaccinated! **We do not allow visits to test for allergies. We share our home with 2 domestic shorthair cats and a mane coon that have full run of the house. If you want to see if you can tolerate a sphynx its best to find a home with hairless cats only.

Contract( 계약서 주요명시내용)
The seller and buyer agree to the following
FIP and FeLV vaccines are NOT RECOMMENDED.  If buyer vaccinates for FIP or FeLV contract will be null and void.  There are links on my website that explain why these vaccines are DANGEROUS! Please also take the time to read all my links on vaccinations (they are located on the side of my HOME page on my website). Over vaccinating  has many harmful and sometimes even deadly consequences. Use ONLY 3 WAY DISTEMPER VACCINES!
MAKE SURE TO ASK YOUR VET IF THEY USE KETAMINE AS AN ANESTHESIA.  SPHYNX CAN HAVE BAD REACTIONS...EVEN DEATH FROM KETAMINE! ALSO No Matacam pain medication should be given to sphynx.
This kitten is to the best of our knowledge, healthy at the time of sale and has had the following vaccinations and/or tests: SEE HEALTH RECORDS
 NoCoatKitty requires a
$500 deposit per kitten/cat, which is non-refundable to reserve kitten/cat. This
deposit will go towards the total agreed upon price. Payments are to be made in form of cashier check,  Postal Money Order,  credit card, or Cash-  Deposit must be made within 24 hrs or contract voids
Checks.
PAYPAL:

This cat/kitten is to be of sound health upon arrival.  It MUST be vet checked within 72 hours or contract will be in breach. It is recommended that the new cat be kept in quarantine during this time. If it is found medically deficient with an untreatable or life threatening illness, buyer must notify the seller immediately with letter/fax from the examining veterinarian. Upon its return, it will be replaced with another cat/kitten. If one is not available the buyer will be placed first on waiting list or full refund of kitten. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs when receiving replacement kitten. Kitten should also be tested for any parasites at their first vet check and before being exposed to other pets in your home. Though kittens are wormed before leaving it is always possible and very common.
Buyer agrees to have Nocoatkitty’s/Lluvatar’s kitten Spayed or Neutered by 5lbs or 6 months of age which ever comes first, at buyers expense. Papers WILL NOT be released until proof from your vet is provided that the cat/kitten has been sterilized. If cat/kitten is not spayed/neutered by 6 months of age, seller will enforce breach of contract for the maximum dollar amount ($2500 which is the amount that kittens are sold with full rights plus kitten must be returned at buyers expense).  If said Cat/kitten is bred any offspring of this kitten are to be delivered to the breeder as the breeder’s sole property, and the breeder will also reclaim this cat without refund. NoCoatKitty does not give permission to breed said cat/kitten. Kitten is still registered under breeder until proof of spay/neuter. Breeder also has the right to fix any kitten sold as a pet prior to he/she leaving our home.
WHY FIX YOUR KITTY BY 6 Months? Males unfixed tend to spray! This spraying can ruin your carpet, furniture, and even your walls. Males can also get aggressive and agitated ….Fixing a boy before the age of 6 months will stop him from this behavior ever surfacing.
Females unfixed can develop a serious condition called PYOMETRA…Sphynx are VERY PRONE TO PYO and can even develop it at a young age. The two main hormones produced by the ovaries are estrogen and progesterone.  An excessive quantity of progesterone, or estrogen can cause pyometra.  Cysts can form in the lining of the uterus.  At this point, the condition is called ‘endometrial hyperplasia,’ and generally, the cat will not show signs of disease.  As these cysts containing numerous secretory cells grow, large quantities of fluids are produced and released into the interior of the uterus. Bacteria commonly colonize the uterus by entering through the cervix. This produces an even greater response by the body, as it showers additional fluid and white blood cells into the affected organ.  The condition is then called ‘pyometra.’ The body will attempt to eliminate the problem by carrying the wastes and excess fluid through the bloodstream to the kidneys. However, the amount of material in a cat with pyometra is too great to be eliminated in this fashion, overloading the kidney system. The normal toxins that should be excreted from the body build up, and the animal goes into uremic poisoning. Untreated, she will die from kidney failure.  Sphynx are VERY prone to pyometra… fixing a female before 6 months old will eliminate this problem! Female also spray and mark their territory when not spayed it is not just a male issue we have many girls that spray way worse than boys!
It is understood that the degree in hairlessness in a Sphynx vary from cat to cat and that no feline is completely hairless. Fur on tail, feet, and face is common. Furthermore, it is understood that hormones and genetics play an important roll in hairlessness and that even though a Sphynx kitten may be almost hairless when sold it is possible said kitten could develop some hair after being Spayed/Neutered or as they grow older. Reasons include but not limited to: weather and climate, and hormonal changes can have a bearing on growth.
Cat/kitten will be kept indoors as a loved member of the family. Cat/kitten will not be caged as a primary living arrangement.

If for reasons other than the animal’s health you cannot retain ownership of the cat/kitten, the breeder will be given the right of first refusal as surrender.  I will take kittens/Cats back at any age if you can no longer keep he/she. Depending on their age and what he/she can be resold for depends on funds that will be returned to you. (Minus non refundable deposit). If kitten/cat is resold or given away to 3rd party it will be breach of contract and legal action will be taken. Our cats always have a home here!
No kitten/cat from this cattery may be sold privately, given to an animal shelter, sold or given to pet store, abandoned, or sold or given to a laboratory for experimental purposes.
Seller is not responsible for any Vet bills incurred once cat/kitten is in buyer’s possession. Upon its arrival, buyer needs to take the said cat/kitten to be checked by their qualified licensed Veterinarian, within 3 days, or contract will be in breach.
The cat/kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects/heart disease up until it’s 1 year old. Should it die within this time due to a congenital defect or be diagnosed with heart disease the kitten/cat will be replaced by one of the same quality and value when next available, only if necropsy has been preformed and a certificate from your vet is provided as proof of the cause of death.
Kitten is guaranteed for 14 days against deadly feline viruses/diseases. This includes FIP,
The corona virus is very common in cattery situations as well as in multi-cat households, thus Breeder cannot guarantee against FIP after 14 days.
The cat/kitten will not be denied needed veterinary attention.  If the owner is unsure whether or not the animal is in need of medical services, a    veterinarian will be contacted, 3 the situation explained, and the veterinarian’s advice will be acted upon. The cat/kitten will not be allowed outside. These cats can get sunburn or get hypothermia.
This cat/kitten is not to be destroyed for any reason other than terminal illness or injuries approved by veterinarian.
If this cat/kitten is going into a multi-pet household the breeder/seller will not be responsible for any illness or vet bills that occur due to the exposure between the cat/kitten and the resident pets.
The cat/kitten WILL NOT be de-clawed INITIAL___________. De-clawing is an inhumane mutilation. It consists of amputation of the first knuckle. Weekly nail-clippings, gentle discipline along with the availability of a scratching post or mat will eliminate scratching problems. Many veterinarians do not explain to cat owners what really occurs in a declawing operation. The procedure is essentially ten complex amputations. The cat must remain anesthetized for the entire procedure, increasing operative risk. A cat's claw is a complex digit. It is not just a fingernail as it is with humans. The nails retract and are actuated by muscles and tendons. By cutting into these, you raise the risk of serious long-term physical and emotion impacts for your cat.Declawed cats in effect are reduced in their ability to gain traction and to walk properly. They have to move with their weight shifted backwards from their natural posture. Claws exist for many reasons: * To stretch out muscles and spine* To help exercise and stay fit* To provide defense against mistreatment or other animals* To provide traction and grip in all sorts of environments. The consequences of declawing are larger than many people realize. Cat's behaviors can change. Declawed cats no longer have their primary defense mechanism and turn to biting as default behavior. Physical ailments such as premature arthritis, cystitis, or perennial skin disorders can occur. Bungled surgeries can result in growth of deformed claws or serious infection. Declawing removes the claw immediately above the "extending mechanism." The joint is cut off and the underlying tendon is cut. THE TIME TO TRAIN YOU KITTY.
The cat/kitten will receive frequent and kind human attention. Please use logic in interacting this cat/kitten with other animals or young children.
This cat/kitten will be given the proper diet in the proper amount, and will have fresh water and clean litter boxes available at all times. (see bottom for our food recommendations). It is NOT RECOMMENDED that you  change the food from what we are feeding. You can cause serious damage to your kittens digestive system. This can takes weeks even months to fix. Its best to continue feeding your new kitten exactly the way we are feeding here.
If buyer having put a deposit on a cat/kitten should later change their mind about the purchase for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.  The purpose of this deposit is to ensure the Purchaser's intent to buy the kitten named herein. This kitten is being held for the Purchaser and will not be sold to another Buyer unless the Purchaser indicates in writing that he/she has changed his/her mind about the purchase. Any breach of contract, whether verbal, written or through neglect or avoidance to communicate on the Purchaser's part can jeopardize the chance of finding a suitable home for a kitten or cat as quickly as possible. Therefore; if the Purchaser changes his/her mind about purchasing this kitten for any reason, the DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

If the cat/kitten should die before the buyer picks up cat/kitten, Nocoatkitty Cattery will replace it with one of equal quality and value. If one is not available, the buyer will be placed first on a waiting list or full refund will be returned to buyer. If for any reason the buyer needs to find said kitten/cat a new home, seller has first option to receive the cat/kitten back. This right is not time limited, but remains in effect for the life of the said cat/kitten.
If this cat or kitten is purchased as a breeder male, purchaser agrees not to resell this cat for stud unless approved by the seller.  Male cannot be used to stud other cats outside of your cattery unless approved by seller.
